Erin & Mark :: Wedding at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Windham and Backyard Reception in Raymond, Maine
Erin and Mark were married at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Windham, Maine, on July 31st with their reception being held at their gorgeous house in Raymond. In case you missed it, I posted their first sneak peek over on Facebook, but I couldn't help but share more of my favorites from their day. The entire day was absolutely perfect and was an amazing testimate to Erin and Mark's deep love for each other. Mark said it best to me well in to their reception as the sun was setting: "Erin is so much better than the girl I dreamed of when I was growing up." Obviously I'm paraphrasing, but their love for each other was shining bright all day. And I am so blessed to have been able to capture the start of this new chapter in their lives together.
Congratulations, Newlyweds! Looks like Jamaica was awesome. I can't wait to hear all about it!
(L) This guy spent more of the day popping bubbles with his mouth. Yuck! (C) This adorable little lady was an absolute angel all day long. So adorable! (R) I dare say I have never seen a Grandmother boogie down as much as she did!
(L) Bling in the gladiolas that Erin planted last spring and managed to stay upright through the tornados that swept through Maine shortly before their wedding day. (R) Erin and Mark's first dance.
(L) The Father/Daughter dance. (R) The dance floor had people on it all night long. It was so much fun!
(L & C) The flower girl with her uncle and mom. So adorable! (R) The newlyweds. Awww!
(L) The mother of the bride with her childhood girlfriends. Looking good, ladies! (R) The whole gang.
The love birds have been together through multiple moves back and fourth across the country from out west in Cowboy country to here in Maine.
Check out the shoes! They were so awesome!
I dare say they have the perfect shot going on in their marriage. You two are so much fun!
May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
May the rains fall soft upon your fields,
And, until we meet again,
May God hold you in the hollow of His hand.(Traditional Irish Blessing; origin unknown, although some attribute it to St. Patrick.)
Congratulations, Erin and Mark! Thank you so much for letting me be a part of your day.
